Make sure you are selecting VISITOR eSIM , turn off the Wi-Fi and access to the status page. - • By entering your email address and 11 digits eSIM number starting 020.
- • By entering your email address and your order number starting with an alphabet ECX and 7 digit number.
Cancellation from status page
After this period your order cannot be canceled for any reason.
Details on Status page after eSIM is activated.

(1) SIM Phone Number
You'll need this number when you contact our Helpdesk.
(2) Service Start Date
This is the date you start using the Internet.
(3) Service End Date
You can use the internet until this date or until the remaining data reaches 0MB.
(4) Remaining Data
You can use the internet until remaining data reaches 0MB or until the Service End Date.
(5) Contract
You can always check the contract information from here.
(6) Email Address
If you have purchased VISITOR SIM from this website, your email address should be appearing.
If you purchased VISITOR SIM from retail store, we recommend you to register your email address from (9) to get alert email.
(7) Charge (Refill/ Top-up)
You can charge by entering your email address and credit card information.
(8) SIM change/ Reissue
You can apply for SIM change, SIM reissue, and eSIM activation code reissue.
(9) 4G/ 5G Switching
You can request for 4G/ 5G switching.
You can switch between 4G and 5G only twice a day (0:00 - 24:00).
(10) Register/ Change your
Email Address
By registering your email address, we’ll send you an alert email when your data drop down to 500MB.
