IMPORTANT about your device
Recently, there have been many cases where eSIM cannot be used on devices.
Before purchasing VISITOR eSIM, be sure to check following two things.
1) Check your EID
Unlocked eSIM-enabled iPhones, iPads, and Android devices with following EID numbers are compatible devices.
- 89049032
- 89033023
- 89033024
- 89043051
- 89043052
* Please note that some devices may not be able to use even the EID starts from the above numbers.
None compatible device we know so far is "Rakuten Hand 5G".
2) Check if your device can use the VISITOR eSIM
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs. Tap on "Download a SIM instead?" on Connect to mobile network page. Tap on "Next" on Download your SIM page. Scan the QR code below.* Menu names may vary depending on device, country, etc.


classDevices that CAN USE eSIM will show the following error message.
- "Failed to activate service..."
- "Cannot add eSIM"
- "Cannot connect to the network. This SIM is in use by another device..."

classDevices that CAN NOT USE eSIM will show the following error message.
- "Invalid Activation Code: Mandatory field(s) missing. Check if all acFormat matching..."
- "Need activation code"
If your device can not use eSIM
Don't worry you can still purchase SIM card.
