What is Airport Pickup Service?
You can pick up VISITOR SIM that you purchased online at a post office located in Japanese airports (please see below for the list of airports).
To pick up VISITOR SIM, please show your passport and sign the receipt.
Soon after arriving in Japan, you can use data communication with you device.
It costs additional 210 yen to use the Airport Pickup Service.
How to pick up VISITOR SIM at the post office
Please tell an officer at the post office located in any airports listed below that you would like to pick up your package. You must show your passport and sign the receipt to pick up VISITOR SIM. Only you can pick up the package and you cannot ask someone to pick up the SIM for you.
Important Notice when using Airport Pickup Service
- We would like to strongly suggest that you factor in enough time to pick up your SIM at the airport postal office. Unfortunately if you are unable to get to the post office before they close, you will have to pick up your SIM the following day from the designated post office. We will not be able to deliver the SIM to your hotel or to return your money if you are unable to pick up your SIM due to your convenience.
- This product’s service will expire 14 days following the service start date. Please note that the countdown on your 14 day service period starts automatically on the Service Start Date you select during purchase. This will happen regardless of whether you are able to use the product or not (including whether or not delivery has been completed).
- Please note that we cannot forward your package to a different address upon your request.
- Please note that business hours of a post office varies depending on each airport. We highly recommend you to designate delivery date after making sure the business hours of the post office. Your package will be at the post office located in the airport for 7 days from your designated delivery date and you cannot pick up the package after the specified time frame.
- There are two post offices at Narita Airport (Terminal 1 and 2). Please designate the post office you would like to pick up VISITOR SIM because your arrival terminal will vary depending on your airline.
- Please note that at Haneda Airport, there is a post office at domestic terminal 1 and NOT at the international terminal.

- 01. I couldn't pick up at the airport. Can you forward the package to the hotel I'm staying?
- Unfortunately, we can not forward the package to a different address. Please pick up VISITOR SIM at the post office located in the airport; it will be at the post office for 7 days from your designated delivery date.
- 02. Can I select delivery date one month in advance?
- No, designated delivery date can be selected up to 11 days from the earliest available date of delivery.
- 03. Where is the post office in the each Airport?
- For details, please ask each airport.
- 04. What is necessary to pick up VISITOR SIM at the airport?
- Your passport and signature are required to pick up VISITOR SIM.
- 05. I couldn’t pick up VISITOR SIM at the airport, can I get refund?
- Unfortunately, we do not refund or accept cancellation.
- 06. Can you send VISITOR SIM to a post office located in a place other than airports?
- No, we only ship to a post office located in the designated airports.
- 07. Can you send VISITOR SIM to a post office located in an airport that is NOT selectable on the pull-down menu at the time of purchase?
- No, we cannot.
- 08. Is there any service charge to pick up VISITOR SIM at the airport?
- Yes, there is a 210 yen (tax included) charge for Airport Pickup Service in addition to the price of VISITOR SIM.
- 09. Can I pick up VISITOR SIM even if my flight is delayed?
- Your package will be at the post office located in the airport for 7 days you’re your designated delivery date. You can pick up the package within the specified time frame.
